1. Ordering
* Order can be placed 24/7 by sending your order details to jayneshop@gmail.com or fill in the order form.
* All items on blogshop are ready stock and brand new (except for preloved category). Ready stock is subject to stock availability.
* Items usually ship in 2 - 5 working days. Back-ordered items ship in 7 to 21 working days.* All prices on blogshop are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
* All items ship from Singapore/ Malaysia.
2. Payment
* All payments to be made via POSB Savings Account.
(Ringgit payment can be made via Maybank Account)
* Cash-on-site is acceptable for self collection only.
* No change/cancellation of order after confirmation and payment done.
3. Shipping
* All items post out via Singapore Post's standard or registered mail service. Registered parcel is highly recommended as I am not liable for lost and damaged parcels.
* Shipping rates are calculated by weight and can be viewed through the Singpost's website.
* Self-collection can be arranged at my convenience.
* Home delivery is available, please check with shop owner.
4. Exchange Policy
* Items sold are Non-exchangeable/Non-Refundable.
